At IJYI, we have been using Halo for around 5 to 6 years, so we have seen first-hand how powerful it is in day-to-day operations. As our use has matured, we identified opportunities to make the Outlook-to-Halo workflow even faster and more seamless for end users. Through conversations with other Halo customers, we found similar goals, which is what led us to build this Outlook plugin as a complementary experience around Halo.
